
Technical Support and Service Policy
At Cascadia Motion, customer safety and product quality are our highest priorities. To ensure the best ownership experience, we provide technical support, repair, and upgrade services exclusively for products purchased directly from Cascadia Motion.
Products sourced through third-party resellers may involve unknown handling or usage history, unverified configurations, or undocumented hardware and software changes. In high-voltage systems, even minor issues - such as insulation breakdown or improper storage - can create serious risks, including electric shock, fire, or catastrophic failure. Reseller-sourced units may also lack critical safety updates, approved software, and/or replacement parts.
For these reasons, and in keeping with our long-standing commitment to safety and quality, Cascadia Motion requires that customers who purchase through resellers obtain all support and service from the reseller.​​​​​​​​​​​
