CM350SiC
The CM350SiC is our most powerful inverter yet — delivering up to 500 kW with a peak current of 900 Arms in a lightweight 14 kg package. Built on SiC technology, it supports up to 850 V operating voltage, with high efficiency, fast switching, and a compact footprint. Ideal for demanding high-voltage applications.
In addition to standard motor control, the CM350SiC can be used for DC Voltage Regulation and as an AC Inverter for grid applications.
